The coaching with Carina was really fantastic. We found a common level very quickly and Carina understood very well what was bothering me and how she could support me. The visualisation of my goal state was particularly impressive for me. These images also help me to get through difficult times on the way there.

The concretisation of the next steps after coaching also helped me a lot.
